We believe that MIDC and its patients are partners looking for same scope, and from this belief we began working on providing our patient with the finest care and the highest-quality services.

One of these services is to keep a detailed record of our patient’s history which will help us in future accurate diagnosis and treatment for our patient and help the patient in becoming aware of his case progression.

 

So, we have dedicated ourselves to updating our system and have acquired a new additional feature in our clinic; it is a digital intra-oral imaging system.

MIDC has an image archiving system that delivers correct patient information and provides us with the maximum diagnostic capability for patient care.

 

This system provides numerous advantages and benefits:

• Magnified dental images enables optimum appearance of abnormal anatomic structures and detects the small tiny defects that may not be clear with normal examination.

• It allows us to provide fully detailed records for our patient’s history.

• It allows us to track the progress of a patient’s condition step by step for more accurate treatment.

• It could be printed or loaded to another media (CD or Floppy Disk) and given to the patient to either keep it as a record for his case or to take a second opinion from another dentist.

• It helps in regaining the patient’s teeth structure in case of accidental teeth loss.

• Psychologically, it is very relieving for our patient when he/she monitors his/her teeth before and after treatment.

Panoramic X-ray

Being more committed to an integrated record system we keep a dental medical history for our patient with complete details not only for the teeth as seen by the eyes or in photos taken with our digital intra-oral camera, but also for these hidden parts of the teeth and other numerous structures that are embedded inside the gums and bone and this may be done clearly and easily by using the panoramic X-ray.
