Implant is a titanium screw that interfaces with the bone of  the jow, and then it can support a dental prothesis such as crowns -bridges - dentures 

 

How much time between placing the implant and making the prothesis?

it usually takes 3-4 months but in some cases immediate prothsis can be done . also it is possible to make temporarly prothesis till paitient is fit for the permenant one 

 

The advantages of the dental implant over the conventional bridges is that there is no need to reduce the adjuscent teeth so the adjucent teeth remains intact 

 

Also in some cases restoration of missed teeth with fixed prothesis is impossible with out the implant

depends on some factors  one of the most important is to clean your natural and artificial teeth to avoide ploque formation and susequent bones of natural teeth or looseness of the implant 

 

whather dental implant can be made too all cases of missed teeth or or not depends on many fatctors like general health condition of paitient and the remaining bone quantity & quality in some cases it is impossible to make implant with out bone graft
